Job Description
The Director of Start-Ups and Integration oversees new contract start-up and integration activity at the enterprise-level, ensuring strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and readiness for anesthesia services on Day 1.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Executive presence and ability to bring a consultative approach to client interactions
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to lead complex initiatives independently
