Job Description
Provides patient registration services, creates a positive customer service environment, and assists with insurance verification and collections.
Requirements
- Some post-secondary education in healthcare discipline is preferred.
- Must be able to read and write the equivalent of eighth grade English.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of patient accounting strongly preferred.
- Efficient data entry skills, balancing figures, and understanding of reconciliation processes.
- Excellent customer relations and oral/written communication skills are required.
