The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, and HRIS data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field of study
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws preferred
- Proficient knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service mindset and desire to help others
- Willingness to work as a team
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also exercising independent judgment, proactive problem-solving, and initiative in completing tasks and projects.
