Job Description
NWSH and River City Anesthesia are seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team as Director of Anesthesia! The Anesthesia Director provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the anesthesia department, including oversight of the anesthesia function, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), and other staff.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Anesthesiology (e.g., American Board of Anesthesiology or equivalent).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- 5-7 years of clinical experience in anesthesia, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or administrative role, preferred.
- Experience managing or collaborating with CRNAs in a team-based model.
