PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR NURSE PRACTITIONER (PA OR NP) - AXIS SPINE

Northwest Specialty is seeking a provider to join our Axis Spine Team! In our Axis Spine Clinic, you will participate in the entirety of patient care including initial assessments, analyzing and interpreting symptoms, monitoring the patient’s treatment, and performing follow up assessments.

Requirements

• Current licensure in the State of Idaho
• Graduate of a master's degree program of Medicine or Nursing
• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification upon hire
• Must be able to achieve ACLS certification within six months of employment
• Family Medicine experience preferred
