Job Description
Northwest Specialty Urgent Care is seeking a Physician to join the Sleep Center Team! The Sleep Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, evidence-based medical care for patients with sleep-related disorders.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Board eligible or board certified in Sleep Medicine
- Active, unrestricted physician license in the State of Idaho or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Current AHA BLS certification required
