Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to drive revenue growth by partnering with healthcare providers. The successful candidate will lead a team of Provider Partnerships Managers, develop high-performing sales teams, and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Ability to leverage data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform strategy
- Aptitude for learning new systems
