This position is for a fiberglass machine operator on a day shift, focusing on maintaining the work area and equipment, completing assigned tasks, and ensuring safe practices. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, repetitive movements, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Requirements
- Ability to work overtime and shift work
- Standing up to 12 hours daily
- Walking up to 12 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
- Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
- Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
- Able to read drawings, instructions, and repair and assembly operations.
