Job Description
This HSE Specialist role focuses on implementing and maintaining the facility management team’s HSE management system, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and TCEQ regulations. The role involves incident investigation, policy review, safety program improvement, and communication with employees and leadership. It requires a commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to safety.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in a field related to HSE or science or a related technical discipline
- 2-5 years of prior HSE experience
- ASPs, CSP, or CSHO certification preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply FEMA and State regulations
- Bilingual fluency (preferred)
- Ability to train for HSE related topics
