Job Description
The Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) is responsible for supervising the production shift, ensuring fiberglass products are manufactured according to schedule, and achieving production goals. This role also involves maintaining safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, and communicating updates. Overtime and rotating shifts may be required.
