Program Manager NPI - Medical Devices (m/f/d)

Novanta is seeking a Program Manager NPI - Medical Devices to develop a new medical device including tube sets and accessories for a dedicated medical OEM customer. The role will involve project management, team leadership, and customer relationship building.

Requirements

• Min. of 3 years' experience in R&D project management/program management
• Medical device experience is a must (technical knowledge in mechanical design, electronics and Software is required)
• Leadership competencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is a must, German or Japanese would be a big plus
• Proven track record of completed projects (with minimum budget of more than $5Mio)
• Experience with classic project management as well as agile project management
• Positive attitude and intercultural sensitivity
• Self-motivated working style, always pushing the boundaries
• Attention to detail and systematic way of working
• Cross-functional 360deg view
• Quality-conscious, trustworthy, and reliable
