Novatae Risk Group

The Novatae Risk Group Account Support Specialist will assist producers in executing growth initiatives, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining positive business relationships with retailers, carriers, and co-workers. This is an office position within the St. Louis area (or a hybrid/remote role, depending on the applicant). They focus on process improvement and account management.

Requirements

• Solicit renewal information on accounts
• Endorsement processing
• Request information for marketing submissions
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
• Review policies, endorsements and other account activity for accuracy
• Process affidavit filings
• Maintain a good working knowledge of the insurance industry
