Job Description
Novo Holdings is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead their US team. This role involves managing the firm's SEC compliance program, overseeing annual reviews, interacting with regulators, and providing training. The manager will also support investment activities and provide legal support for US activities.
Requirements

- Oversee annual compliance reviews and remediate issues.
- Serve as a point of contact with SEC exam staff.
