Job Description
We are seeking a Cardiometabolic Care Specialist to join our team in Southwest Wisconsin. As a specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies to sell and promote Novo Nordisk's portfolio of products to healthcare professionals. You will maintain relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff, and analyze market trends and payer policies to inform your approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working in pharmaceutical/healthcare, sales, consulting, customer service, or military
- Intermediate computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel)
- Self-starter with ability to evaluate options and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Aptitude for leadership and decision-making ability
- Solid understanding of current therapy areas (diabetes and obesity) and Novo Nordisk's products
