Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a pharmaceutical-related major.
- Pass the RDPAC examination as a recruitment condition and job requirement.
- Complete and pass related training and assessment exams.
- 4+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience or 3+ years of sales management, product management, or KA experience.
- Familiar with key clients (such as hospital administrators, pharmacy directors, medical insurance, medical affairs directors).
- Understand relevant regulations and policies, as well as keeping up with the times.
- Understand key information related to clinical diseases and medicines.
- Familiar with the daily business processes of various departments within the company, including sales, marketing, government affairs, commerce, enterprise and external affairs, and medical departments.
- Understand the operation mode of academic conferences and exchange platforms for key clients.
- Business communication skills, negotiation skills, business insight ability, and complex situation handling ability.
- Ability to quickly learn knowledge from multiple fields.
- Good skills in using electronic office software.
