Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner (Junior - Experienced) - Onsite position at Novo Nordisk's manufacturing facility in West Lebanon, NH. Responsibilities include coaching people managers, providing employee relations support, and executing local and corporate HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related from an accredited university required
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-shift manufacturing organization preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
