We are seeking a Market Development Manager to join our Future Portfolio & Commercial Excellence team to identify and manage strategic commercial partnerships in aesthetic channel that support our business objectives and drive future growth.
Requirements
- Translating business needs into commercial partnership strategies in aesthetic channel by identifying opportunities that align with our future portfolio goals and bring long-term value to Novo Nordisk.
- Proactively identifying and evaluating potential partners across key sectors, including chain and independent clinics, and other healthcare-related stakeholders.
- Leading the engagement, negotiation, and contracting process with selected aesthetic partners, while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and due diligence.
- Building basic level business cases and partnership models in aesthetic channel, both financial and strategic, and driving internal review and governance processes to secure approvals.
- Managing partnerships with aesthetic channels post-contract by maintaining strong communication channels, monitoring performance, aligning on KPIs, and ensuring the partnership delivers on its intended objectives.
