Job Description
The Founding Engineer will set up the technical vision and roadmap, build the product from scratch, lead complex rollouts, and grow the technical team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience as a software engineer
- Experience as a principal/staff or senior full-stack software engineer
- Experience working at a startup or building and launching products from scratch
- Entrepreneurial mindset and phenomenal prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Enjoyment of teaching others and growth
