Job Description
Manage sales of Novus products in assigned geography, direct sales, new customers, distributors, and agents, while complying with Novus Internal Policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or comparable training
- 5+ years of related experience
- Proven sales and marketing skills
- Detailed understanding of animal nutrition products and services
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of legal compliance
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in Local Language
- Fluent in English
