Job Description
The Underwriting Coordinator is responsible for managing loan activities during the underwriting phase, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate submission and communication with investors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage related experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
