The Benefits and Payroll Coordinator II assists with the administration of company health and retirement plans, payroll, and HRIS systems. The role also involves maintaining employee files, providing guidance and coaching on HR topics, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Assists with the administration of all company health and retirement plans
• Compiles, audits, and maintains information for accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll
• Maintains payroll and time and attendance systems
• Provides guidance and coaching on HR topics and policies
• Identifies HR process and transactional optimization opportunities
