NP Digital LATAM is looking for a Data, Analytics & Insights Specialist to join the growing team. The role will own and execute strategic data initiatives, plan and conduct periodic campaign analyses, and contribute to processes and frameworks that allow for consistency in data storytelling for agency programs.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client side
- Expertise in integrated digital marketing reporting, analytics, and attribution including tagging and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio Amplitude, Appsflyer, Funnel.io
- Experience with data visualization platforms including Google Data Studio, Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with analytics language and platforms such as Python, R and SQL preferred
- Hands-on experience in integrated digital marketing analytics and performance marketing analytics (specifically earned and paid media)
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing strategic data initiatives for well-know, enterprise level brands
- Proven collaboration ability, effectively working across multiple cross-functional groups
- Experience using, merging and manipulating data from multiple data sources to create a response to client questions and hypothesis
- Proven research skills, a strong intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking, as your recommendation should be based on solid data and research
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
