• 5+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency setting
• Strong command of project management methodologies and process groups
• Proven ability to speak with clients about deliverables and requirements
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Diplomacy and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and creative production realities
• Ability to translate between "client language" and "creative language"
