Junior IT Administrator - Mainframe

Join our Mainframe Services team at NRB and start your career in a dynamic and technical environment. As a Junior IT Administrator - Mainframe, you will administer and operate the mainframe, ensuring availability and performance in accordance with agreed service levels.

Requirements

• Perform the installation, administration, configuration, parameterization, upgrade and security testing of systems and sub-systems Mainframe.
• Ensure monitoring, surveillance and intervene to ensure and/or restore service continuity
• Control and manage access
• Optimize and automate security administration processes, implement monitoring tools
• Support users and resolve operational incidents
• Ensure the reporting of security activities
• Write and keep up to date operational documentation, plans/schemes and procedures
• Contribute to ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Availability, Change and Configuration Management
