Senior Business Analyst - EU Institution in Poland

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst based in Poland to join a long-term mission in the area of cybersecurity, public sector, and law enforcement. The candidate will be responsible for delivering business models and documents, eliciting and analyzing business needs, and maintaining and tracking requirements/user stories.

Requirements

• University degree in ICT related field (Bachelor degree)
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in the field of IT
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Analysis
• Holds at least 2 of the Business Analyst certifications
• English level C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis
• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML
• Is proficient in using modelling tools
• Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
• Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
• Presents problem solving skills
• Masters Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, requirements and user stories
• Exceptional collaborative skills
• Versatility in technologies and platforms
