Store Manager - Amsterdam

We are now looking for an experienced, passionate, and inspiring Store Manager who will play a key role in building this new store from the ground up. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s daily operations, team leadership, and overall performance. The role is highly operational and requires strong presence on the shop floor, working side-by-side with your team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team
• Leading and participating in daily store operations
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming, inspiring store environment
• Overseeing scheduling, administration, sales follow-up, and KPI performance
• Executing campaigns, visual updates, and maintaining strong brand identity
• Identifying business opportunities and driving the store’s strategic growth in the Dutch market
• Building the store culture from day one and representing Gina Tricot’s values
• Participating in onboarding and training at the company’s head office in Sweden
