Requirements

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and lubricate coal handling equipment
• Shift barges and railroad cars
• Read, interpret, and implement technical information
• Maintain records of coal cars, barge movements, and tonnages
• Perform electrical disconnect switching and grounding
