We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Training & Compliance to lead training, development, and compliance for our Direct to Home (D2H) door-to-door sales organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales training, sales leadership, compliance, or related roles.
- Proven experience in door-to-door, field sales, or high-velocity sales environments.
- Strong understanding of sales compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk mitigation in field sales.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale training programs across large, distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to tie training and compliance efforts to measurable business outcomes.
