Senior Designer - Customer Marketing

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join Vivint’s Creative Team in support of our Customer Marketing organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, performance-driven creative across lifecycle touchpoints while contributing strategic thinking, creative direction, and optimization insights to customer campaigns.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in digital, marketing, or customer-focused design roles
• Strong visual design skills with a refined sense of hierarchy, layout, and brand expression
• Proven experience designing for performance-driven marketing channels (email, app, web)
• Deep understanding of brand systems and the ability to apply them consistently at scale
• Experience designing for mobile-first audiences and responsive environments
• Comfortable presenting creative concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail
• Experience using data, testing, and insights to inform creative decisions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world marketing or lifecycle design work
