Food Technologist (12-month fixed-term contract)

We're looking for a Food Technologist to join our Food Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Food Technologist, you'll manage product data, ensure compliance, and support Whitbread's Force for Good strategy.

Requirements

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide expert technical advice.
• Manage allergy, nutritional, and lifestyle data for guests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review technical data for new products and improvements to meet Whitbread guidelines.
• Maintain accurate product specifications and ensure policies, provenance, and quality standards are met.
• Support audits and compliance with Whitbread's Force for Good strategy.
• Review menus and ensure all copy is legal and accurate for the relevant market.
• Assist with complaints and incident management related to food safety, legality, and quality.
