Graphic Designer (Green Bay, WI)

The Graphic Designer Associate supports the development of visual assets across print, digital, OOH and POS, helping maintain brand consistency, managing asset libraries, and delivering creative solutions for marketing campaigns, communications, events and online experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Comfortable designing across print and digital formats
• Experience creating social and web graphics and assets that can scale across the organization and marketing landscape
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
