Manufacturing Engineer (NPI) at NTS Hengelo responsible for technical feasibility and process design of new high-tech products, translating complex tolerances and material properties into a robust production process.

Requirements

• HBO or WO level of education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• Strong technical insight into manufacturability, tolerances, and metalworking
• Affinity with or experience in a high-tech production environment, preferably machining
• Knowledge of quality methodologies such as SPC, CPK, PFMEA, and root cause analyses is a plus
• Analytical ability to translate design choices into process impact
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively switch between engineering and the shop floor
• Good command of the English language in speech and writing
