Supply Chain Leader | NTS Eindhoven/Hengelo

NTS is looking for a Supply Chain Leader to create, maintain, and drive a unified global supply chain governance framework. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP/MRP systems, master-data governance, and supply chain governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Strong expertise in ERP/MRP systems and master-data governance (Business Central preferred)
• 12+ years of overall experience with proven experience in supply chain governance, process ownership, operational excellence, or transformation roles
• 5+ years' Experience in high-tech, precision engineering or complex manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical, structural and process-design capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including cross-site collaboration without direct authority
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities
