Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and productionize GenAI and agentic systems. This role involves leading the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from problem framing and data pipelines to model selection, safety, and MLOps, while mentoring junior engineers. The engineer will work with products, design, and clients on solutions based on LLM, NLP, DL, ML, and object detection, and require strong understanding of CI/CD and Guardrails.
Requirements
- Design & build GenAI/agentic systems
- Implement chunking, hybrid search, vector stores, re-ranking, feedback loops, and continuous data quality
- Select/integrate/finetune LLMs & multimodal models
- Apply prompt-engineering techniques
- Experience with LLM, NLP, DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), object detection / classification
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Knowledge of configuring guardrails and PII redaction
- Finetune LLM models
- Work on solution building with presales/customer teams
- Collaboration with clients/Stakeholders
- Stay informed about latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies
