Business Operations Senior Associate

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to support the Finance team in Gurugram, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and analytical skills. The role involves account operations tracking, process compliance, and repeatable administrative actions.

Requirements

• Graduate/master’s in finance
• 2 years of experience in at least one of the process areas Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR, Order management and master data management
• Working knowledge of MS office suite (MS Excel, MS outlook etc)
• Ability to use computer systems effectively
• Experience with SAP and Saleforce.com
• Analytical skills and the ability to understand business process
• Strong communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills
