Job Description
We are seeking a Power BI developer to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka, India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and ETL tools, as well as experience with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources
- Create and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and transformation in large-scale environments
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Implement data modeling best practices for Power BI, ensuring accurate and performant analytics
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows, resolving issues promptly to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards across all processes
- Perform performance tuning for ETL jobs and SQL queries to meet SLA requirements
- Document ETL processes, data flows, and reporting logic for transparency and maintainability
- Support production deployments and provide on-call assistance during the 2 PM–11 PM IST shift
