Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Project Manager or Scrum Master to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra, India. The successful candidate will lead Agile ceremonies, manage end-to-end delivery of Agentforce features, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration between developers, architects, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Agentforce features
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between developers, architects, and stakeholders
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce DevOps Center
- Ensure timely execution of sprint deliverables while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate stakeholder demos and feedback sessions to validate Agentforce capabilities and drive adoption
- Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the Agentforce program
