Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, and a passion for building scalable and robust solutions that enhance our client and agent experience.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, QA, and other developers
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform
