Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnátaka, India. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating the adoption of SAFe practices.
Requirements
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams
- Educate teams on various Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Ensure that the agreed-upon Agile process is followed
- Facilitate team and program-level events
- Collaborate with Product Management, Portfolio Management, and other stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within and across teams
- Support the implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinate with Solution Train Engineers and Release Train Engineers
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
