Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics
- Proven experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Excel
- Strong understanding of ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
