Requirements
- Conduct in-depth secondary research using company filings, investor presentations, earnings call transcripts, analyst reports, and industry publications.
- Develop client intelligence outputs including company profiles, strategic assessments, financial analyses, and digital transformation narratives.
- Interpret the business side of technology — linking IT initiatives to business goals such as growth, cost optimization, innovation, and risk management.
- Have a broad understanding of the enterprise IT landscape — such as cloud, digital and application services, data, AI, and related emerging technologies — to interpret business and technology linkages effectively.
- Identify CxO priorities, transformation themes, and whitespace opportunities aligned with NTT DATA's service offerings.
- Present findings through concise, insight-rich narratives that connect business strategy with NTT DATA's solutions.
- Collaborate with industry, consulting, and marketing teams to refine messaging, ensure consistency, and strengthen the insight-to-action cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through proactive engagement and value-driven deliverables.
- Track pipeline generation and influenced opportunities resulting from insights, themes, or whitespace recommendations shared with Client Partners and GTM leaders.
- Maintain visibility into how intelligence outputs contribute to account growth, opportunity creation, and pursuit readiness.
- Align research metrics with measurable business outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day research operations, including task allocation, project tracking, and delivery governance.
- Oversee multiple concurrent assignments, ensuring projects are delivered ahead of or within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with outsourced research vendors, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to SLAs, and continuous quality improvement.
- Conduct periodic reviews with vendors to monitor performance, share structured feedback, and standardize delivery processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and dashboards for visibility into project status and pipeline contribution.
- Lead continuous improvement by refining templates, frameworks, and taxonomies to enhance insight quality and consistency.
- Leverage GenAI and automation tools to accelerate research efficiency and standardization.
- Ensure data accuracy, sourcing integrity, and adherence to NTT DATA's compliance and confidentiality guidelines.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint, ensuring research outputs meet brand, tone, and analytical standards.
