Specialist – Sales Analytics & Forecasting

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in sales analytics, business reporting, forecasting, or revenue operations
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and pipeline management workflows
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and translate them into clear insights
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and business communication
• Experience in IT services, technology consulting, or B2B enterprise sales environments
• Exposure to scripting languages or data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx) is a plus
• Understanding of sales planning concepts such as coverage ratios, lead velocity, and funnel metrics
