Job Description
Nubank is seeking a Regulatory Solutions Analyst to ensure their sustainable growth and respond to requests from authorities. The role involves supporting judicial orders initiatives related to the National Banking and Securities Commission (SITI AA), managing blocked persons lists, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a front-line operational role focused on internal communications and reporting directly to the Regulatory Solutions Squad.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, or related field.
- Previous experience in management of SITI AA.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or English.
- Understanding of Banking & SOFIPO regulation.
- Knowledge of CNBV regulation, freezing, and transfer money.
