Requirements

• Participation and conduction of audit fieldwork
• Identification of issues and discussion with stakeholders
• Following up on action plans for implementation
• Participation in continuous risk assessment and annual audit plan preparation
• Knowledge of Mexican GAAP, US GAAP, and SEC public company reporting
