Scientific Director

We're looking for a Scientific Director to co-lead a large global publications and medical affairs team in breast cancer. The role involves developing high-quality scientific content, mentoring and reviewing work, and growing the business. The ideal candidate has experience working in medical writing, publications, and/or medical affairs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• A number of years' experience working in a medical writing role, including publications and/or medical affairs, within a medical communications agency environment.
• Experience writing across a broad range of deliverables and formats for a variety of medical audiences.
• Experience reviewing and overseeing other writers, ideally including line management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients, and external experts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work to deadlines, and juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality control.
