Manager- HR

We are seeking an HR Manager to support the growth and business objectives of NucleusTeq, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing performance appraisal systems, and ensuring legal and statutory compliance.

Requirements

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with overall business strategy
• Own and update the Policy Documents, Employee Handbook as needed
• Ensure adherence and provide guidance in case of ambiguity
• Oversee performance appraisal systems
• Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy
• Recommend and develop review systems
• Support the Recruitment, selection and onboarding process
• Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance and maintain HR records
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs
