Job Description
The Security Engineering Manager serves as the People Leader of a team of Security Engineers. The role involves leading a team, promoting a culture of excellence, and managing team performance based on established key performance indicators. The manager is also responsible for utilizing data to make decisions, assisting clients, and managing product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) years' working in directly applicable Cybersecurity or related technical positions
- Three (3) years of experience in a leadership and/or management role
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a technical team
- Proven experience leading large-scale process improvement and change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading customer-facing teams who work with cybersecurity technology platforms
- Must be a citizen of the United States
