IT Manager

We're looking for an IT Manager who will own all technology operations across the company, responsible for provisioning and managing laptops, overseeing corporate IT systems, and partnering closely with operations and engineering teams to maintain a secure, compliant, and efficient environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT administration or IT management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Okta/SSO, MDM tools, and endpoint security platforms.
• Experience provisioning, supporting, and troubleshooting macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience managing IAM, role-based access policies, and secure SaaS administration.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO, or similar security/compliance frameworks and the workflows required to support them.
• Strong understanding of networking basics, VPNs, DNS, and secure remote access.
• Experience supporting cloud environments and collaborating with engineering teams on secure-access workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to design efficient processes and documentation that scale with company growth.
