The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary school diploma preferred
• 1 to 2 years' experience as a line cook
• Must have 1 to 2 years' experience as a line cook
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
