They are seeking a motivated and organized guest experience coordinator to manage phone communication, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate department workflows. Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience in guest services, administration or reception.
- Strong over-the-phone communication skills (French & English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Full-time availability
- Available to work weekends
- Able to work under pressure
